Telkom’s in hot seat over ADSL Regulations
In a recent press statement ICASA announced that the Complaints and Compliance Committee (CCC) will hold hearings on 24, 25 and 26th October 2007.
The CCC panel will hear several complaints including those about Telkom’s noncompliance with ADSL regulations and Telkom’s billing system for its customers.
The committee will also listen to the Freedom of Expression Institute's complaint against the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC).
The CCC postponed the FXI matter in July to 25 October 2007.
