Jake White joins local telecoms group
Business Times reported that White will assume the position as head of marketing for Richmark Holdings, a telecommunications company in Johannesburg.
Richmark Holdings was founded in 2000 to ‘help entrepreneurs build companies focused on long-term growth’.
The company currently has various subsidiaries, including the wireless broadband provider iBurst, technology research, development and data service provider company iWise, cellular service provider Vo-Call Cellular and corporate telecommunications solutions provider One Communications.
White has been linked with the coaching position of the English rugby team, but Richmark Group chief executive Gavin Varejes said he was motivated to employ White when he heard that the coach might pursue the England coaching job.
