Transcend introduces portable HDD
Measuring 124mm long by 78mm wide and 14mm thick, the StoreJet 25C is designed for business travellers. It has up to 320GB of storage space, so users can easily transfer, store, and share important files and data.
Aiming to ensure maximum compatibility with modern desktop and notebook computers, the StoreJet 25C uses a high-speed USB 2.0 interface that provides data transfer rates up to 480Mbps, while adding the convenience of true "plug and play" operation, the company says.
The drive is said to support all commonly used operating systems, including Windows 2000 / XP / Vista, Mac, and Linux. It is available in 250GB and 320GB capacities.
