Nokia launch N79 and N85
Nokia have unveiled their latest Nseries devices – the Nokia N85 and Nokia N79.
The phones include various multimedia features such as gaming, photos, navigation and music.
Also available now with Nokia is a third party online service called Ovi.
Ovi.com is intended to be a one-stop storage place for photographs and other media such as Games on Ovi, Maps on Ovi and Mail on Ovi; a secure and spam-free personal email service designed for Nokia Series 40 devices.
Nokia N85
Featuring a 2.6” OLED screen, the Nokia N85 is pre-loaded with at least 10 made-for-mobile N-Gage gaming titles. The device design includes dedicated gaming keys that light up when the device is in landscape gaming mode. While all on-board games can be sampled, the device comes with a voucher to activate the full licence of the user’s choice game.
The N85 also features a built-it FM transmitter, 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and geotagging capabilities.
Nokia N79
The Nokia N79 comes with Xpress-On smart covers available in five colours. These covers synch the screen’s background colour to the cover being used.
The device features 3.5G HSDPA and Wi-Fi. It also comes packaged with a 4GB microSD memory card.
Nokia N96
The Nseries’ flagship Nokia N96 boasts live TV, a 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, turn-by-turn voice navigation and The Transformers movie preloaded.
The device also offers 16GB of internal memory that can be increased to 24GB with an optional microSD card. The phone features N-Gage gaming and a 2.8” display.
