License conversion process moves ahead

ICASA has announced that it will be commencing with individual consultations regarding the specific terms and conditions of license conversions from Thursday the 24 th of January.

Once the consultations are completed on the 4 th of March, the specific terms and conditions will be published for public comment and hearings will be held and submissions considered.

After all these processes are completed the final specific terms and conditions will be developed and gazetted.

ICASA has previously published the standard terms and conditions applicable to individual and class licences Government Gazettes No. 30530 and No. 30512 respectively.
