New DSTV channels here soon

Multichoice is gearing up for competition by slowly adding more channels to their DSTV bouquet. The next installment, of 3 new channels, will take place over the next two weeks starting on the 22nd of March.

The company will add MNet Xtra on 22 March, Lesotho TV on 25 March and National Geographic Wild (NeoGeo Wild) on 26 March.

While MNet Xtra and NeoGeo Wild will only be available to the DSTV Bouquet subscribers, Lesotho TV will be available across all DSTV bouquets.

New Channels

MNet Extra, which will be available on channel 103, will rerun shows over the weekend – on Saturday and Sunday from 2 pm to 11 pm – for those who may have missed its initial screening due to load shedding.

National Geographic Wild will be hosted on channel 261 and will be “dedicated to providing a unique insight into the natural world, the environment and the amazing creatures that inhabit it.”

Lesotho TV will be hosted on channel 141 and will feature sports, current events programs and traditional music and dance features. The channel is expected to carry around 80% Sesotho content and 20% English content.
