MyBroadband conducted its latest broadband survey in May 2014, showing that Afrihost, Vox Telecom and Web Africa are the top ADSL ISPs according to customer rankings.
The survey was successfully completed by 4,350 South African broadband users, who rated their ADSL ISP on value for money, network quality, and billing & support.
People who completed the survey are typically IT professionals and other tech-savvy individuals, with a strong knowledge of the ADSL market.
The survey tested users’ opinions of their ADSL ISP, and asked them how likely they are to recommend their ISP to family and friends.
The following table provides an overview of the results of the survey for ADSL ISPs (scores out of 10).
|ISP||Value for money||Network quality||Support and billing||Average|
