Vox Fat Pipe ADSL users score big

Vox has announced that DSL customers who signed up for its 100GB or 300GB promotional accounts will have their caps increased, while their monthly fees will remain the same.
This followed a misunderstanding caused by an e-mail that Vox sent out on 7 October, which told promo subscribers that their prices would increase.
Vox explained an error crept into its mailer which included the default pricing for 100GB and 300GB accounts instead of the promotional prices.
These Vox DSL promotional accounts will now be as follows:
- 150GB: R164 per month
- 400GB: R485 per month
Vox Fat Pipe level up
While the 100GB and 300GB promotions are no longer available, the upgrades form part of a level up programme Vox recently launched for its subscribers.
Fat Pipe subscribers will automatically be upgraded to the next tier bundle, meaning a 100GB customer, for example, paying R249 per month will now receive 150GB for the same price.
In addition to the free upgrade, Vox’s Fat Pipe DSL subscribers will also receive unlimited data between midnight and 06:00.
Vox also announced new data rollover terms and conditions for its Fat Pipe products.
Under the new terms, unused data will roll over to the following month, to a maximum of six times the monthly data cap.
