MyBroadband conducted its latest broadband survey recently, which showed that there is an even split between capped and uncapped accounts among tech-savvy ADSL users in South Africa.
The survey, which was completed by 3,444 IT professionals and tech-savvy broadband users, further showed that 4Mbps ADSL is the most-used fixed broadband service.
When looking at monthly ADSL data use, most users consume between 10GB and 500GB per month, with less than 4% of subscribers consuming more than 500GB or less than 10GB.
The table below provides an overview of the results related to DSL accounts from the Q4 2015 MyBroadband survey.
