South Africa’s ADSL ISPs ranked by customer service levels
The latest Hellopeter ratings reveal that Vox Telecom has the best customer service in the ISP arena, followed by MWEB and Afrihost.
Hellopeter relaunched its website earlier this year, which included a new consumer front-end and new functionality to rank companies.
As part of its relaunch, the website unveiled its hellopeter.com index (hpi).
The hpi is Hellopeter’s industry barometer for measuring the health of an organisation’s customer service.
“Every business will have an index rating out of 10, which will give you the ability to compare and benchmark any business,” said Hellopeter.
Best ADSL ISPs
According to the hpi, Vox Telecom has the best customer service among ISPs, with an hpi score of 4.3 out of 10. It is followed by MWEB (4.0), and Afrihost (3.7).
