More uncapped ADSL price cuts

Openweb has reduced the price of its ‘Vanilla Uncapped ADSL” products. This follows Telkom’s decision to cut the prices of its uncapped ADSL services from 1 February 2013.

Telkom announced on 24 January 2013 that it will reduce its consumer uncapped ADSL products by up to 40%. These price cuts will apply to both standalone and bundled ADSL products.

Openweb has now responded with price cuts of its own on its Vanilla Uncapped, with new uncapped rates starting at R89 per month for an uncapped 384kbps connection.

Openweb’ CEO Keoma Wright said that the new prices are available immediately via the company’s website.

The following table provides an overview of Openweb’s old and new Vanilla Uncapped ADSL prices.

1Mbps uncapped R179 R179
