Best ADSL ISP in South Africa

South African ISPs

MyBroadband has conducted its latest broadband survey, and the initial results show that Afrihost is the ADSL service provider with the happiest customers.

The broadband survey was completed by 8,220 broadband users across South Africa, of which around 4,400 were ADSL subscribers.

These users rated their ADSL service provider’s (ISP) support, ease of use, billing, value for money and the overall satisfaction with the service.

The survey therefore tested users’ satisfaction with their ADSL ISP rather than the actual performance of the service (broadband performance indicators are available here).

The initial results show that Afrihost’s clients were the most satisfied with their ADSL service provider, followed by Web Africa and Axxess.

The following table provides an overview of the initial results of the broadband survey for ADSL ISPs.
