Cheapest ever capped ADSL prices in SA

Afrihost slashed the price of its capped ADSL data prices by up to 66%, offering data bundles at lower than R4 per GB. This announcement by Afrihost follows decision by other Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to increase the value of their capped offerings.

In the beginning of September, Telkom Internet announced that it was doubling the monthly data allowance of their capped ADSL subscribers. Their subscribers will also get free any-time data for specific social networking services, and free data between 00:00 and 06:00 daily.

Soon afterwards Web Africa announced that their capped ADSL users will get free data to use between midnight and 06:00.

Cybersmart said that from October, their capped subscribers can supersize their accounts for R99, which will give them an additional 50GB anytime data and 1,000GB (1TB) of “night rider” data which can be used between 00:00 and 07:00.

The latest price changes and special promotions in the ADSL market means that capped data consumers now get more bang for their buck than ever before.
