Afrihost reduced the price of its pre-paid ADSL data from R24 per GB to R7 per GB – a saving of 71%.
“Not all clients want a monthly DSL solution and Afrihost’s Pre-paid DSL is a welcome alternative if you like to pre-pay for your data and you want your GBs to be valid for a full year,” Afrihost said.
Afrihost pointed out that its pre-paid ADSL data is unshaped, and users can run up to 10 concurrent connections on their pre-paid accounts.
As soon as a subscribers’ pre-paid ADSL data runs out, he can purchase more data either via the Afrihost website or ClientZone.
Afrihost also reduced their standard top up rates to R5 per GB. Until now Afrihost has been running their 2-for-1 Topups where the effective rate per GB has been R14.50 per GB.
