New Telkom ADSL prices kick in
Telkom Internet’s new uncapped ADSL prices, which were set to go live on 1 December 2013, only kicked in now after a delay caused by a technical system error.
Telkom announced on 31 October 2013 that it will offer its subscribers higher ADSL speeds following the company’s ADSL speed increases for all internet service providers.
At the time Telkom explained that it will discontinue its discounts and introduce price adjustments on all uncapped bundle offers.
“These prices were supposed to come into effect on 1 December 2013, but the adjustment did not carry due to a technical system error,” Telkom told MyBroadband.
The new Telkom Internet uncapped ADSL prices are now live, and the company apologised to its customers for any inconvenience as a result of the delay.
