FNB’s online services are suffering from downtime, according to the bank’s Twitter account.
FNB stated that select services were experiencing “intermittent connectivity issues” today.
This follows clients being hit by downtime on the bank’s digital banking services on 11 October.
Customers were unable to log into FNB’s online banking website or use the app to transact.
FNB is aware of intermittent connectivity issues on select services. We apologise to impacted customers for any inconvenience caused.
