First National Bank (FNB) business banking clients are reporting that their online banking services are not working.
Certain clients are receiving an error message stating that FNB Online Banking Enterprise and the forgotten password function are currently not available.
The bank said it is aware of the issue, and staff are attending to the problem.
A similar message is also being played to clients who phone the bank’s call centre.
Down Detector confirms there was an increase in the number of FNB problems reported from around 12:00 today.
Update: FNB said the problem has been resolved.
“FNB experienced a minor connectivity issue that impacted a limited number of its business Enterprise Online Banking users earlier today. Our response team attended to the issue promptly and services were fully restored,” it said.
“We apologise to impacted customers for the inconvenience caused.”
