Absa mobile app and Internet banking problems
Absa has stated it is experiencing technical problems with its banking app and online banking services.
Users have reported problems with the banking app and Internet banking services on social media, stating that both platforms are inaccessible.
The bank confirmed the problem on Twitter and stated it was working to bring affected systems back online.
“We are currently experiencing technical challenges with our banking app and online banking channels,” said Absa.
“Our team is working on a fix and your patience is appreciated. Apologies in advance for the inconvenience this may cause.”
