Cybersmart 100Mbps uncapped fibre service launched

Cybersmart Lightspeed

Cybersmart has commercially launched its new Lightspeed service, offering a 100Mbps uncapped fibre service for R11,999 per month.

“For the first time, South African companies will have access to world-class broadband speeds at an internationally comparable price,” said Cybersmart CEO Laurie Fialkov.

Lightspeed offers a 100Mbps uncapped fibre service with managed symmetrical bandwidth, one public IP address, free website hosting, and a free cloud based PABX.

The service also comes with 100% guaranteed uptime between 7am and 7pm. Fialkov said that customers will be refunded if they find that this is not the case.

“In the current economy, IT managers and CIOs are under immense pressure to lower their IT costs. We’d urge them to calculate their total spend across their IT services including the company voice line, VoIP, web hosting, and cloud back-up services.”

“That cost would be substantially higher than sourcing one supplier, who is able to provide one product that covers all these elements and more,” said Fialkov.
