This is where Telkom’s uncapped LTE packages will be available next
Telkom is rolling out the second phase of its SmartBroadband Uncapped High Speed Wireless initiative to more than 200 additional areas in Gauteng.
Residents in the areas will be able to order the LTE service online from 7 September.
These uncapped LTE packages are only available as 24-month contracts, and will start at R599 per month for the first 50 sign-ups per base station.
The second batch of 50 customers to sign up at a particular base station will be able to get the service for R699 per month, while the final 50 packages will go for R799 per month.
Telkom’s website lists the LTE locations eligible for the offer, and services can be bought through this portal.
