Contract data prices: Cell C vs Vodacom vs MTN vs Telkom Mobile
Cell C has introduced several new promotional rates for its contract data offerings, making their data products more competitive when compared to Vodacom and MTN.
Cell C’s new contract data prices mirror MTN and Vodacom’s new promotional contract rates. However, Cell C does offer lower out of bundle prices at R0.15 per MB.
The only operator which has not adapted its contract pricing to reflect the new promotional levels is Telkom Mobile.
The operator’s 10GB + 10GB data promotion for R299, however, still offers the best value for money in the market.
The following table provides an overview of the latest mobile data contract prices in South Africa.
