Lightspeed 100Mbps uncapped fibre service here soon
Cybersmart is gearing up to launch its new “Lightspeed” 100Mbps uncapped fibre service aimed at the business market, priced at R9,999 per month.
Cybersmart’s new 100Mbps fibre product offers uncapped, managed symmetrical bandwidth, a fixed IP address, free website hosting, and a virtual PABX with five phone numbers.
Calls to cell phones are priced at 69c per minute while calls to fixed lines will cost 29c. All calls are billed per second.
Cybersmart’s Lightspeed service offers a contention ratio of 10:1 and latencies of less than 175ms to London.
When the service is launched in February 2014 it will be available in Cape Town within a 10km radius of the CBD, in Gauteng within a 10km radius of Rosebank, and in Durban within a 10km radius of Umhlanga.
Bandwidth is uncapped so you need not worry about a surprise bill at the end of the month; it is also managed to ensure the best user experience possible.
“For the first time ever you are able to get international speeds at prices comparable globally,” Cybersmart said.
