DStv is set to receive a new music channel and two new radio stations in September.
Trace Africa (channel 326) will start airing on 1 September, and will provide music videos and documentaries from established and emerging Southern African artists.
The channel will replace Trace Sport Stars (channel 188), which will stop showing from 30 August.
Trace Africa will be available to DStv Premium, Extra, Compact, and Family customers in South Africa.
The new radio stations are Channel 7 FM (channel 825) – a Namibian Christian community station, launching 1 September – and Radio Islam (channel 826) – an Islamic community station, launching 15 September.
The radio stations will be available to DStv Premium, Extra, Compact, Family, Access, and EasyView customers in South Africa.
