Petition for DStv to remove ANN7
DStv subscribers have started a petition to remove the ANN7 news channel from DStv.
Petitioners are condemning the channel’s biased coverage of political events and are demanding that MultiChoice remove the Gupta-owned news channel from DStv’s offerings.
According to the petition page, the channel is creating divisions in South Africa due to its biased reporting.
Subscribers who signed the petition have voiced their displeasure with ANN7’s coverage, saying “it is a propaganda station, we should not have to pay for it” and “DStv must not aid fake news”.
