Netflix for iOS updated to improve navigation
Netflix has updated its iOS app with a new controls that are designed to make navigation simpler.
The iOS app finally offers users a “next episode” button at the end of an episode, which ensures that they can view the next installation in their series sooner.
iOS users can also now double-tap on either side of their screen to skip forwards and backwards between scenes.
The play/pause button has also been enlarged, making it a little easier to press.
This update is expected to be implemented on iPhones, iPads, and Apple TV devices.
Netflix continues to grow from strength to strength, adding 6.96 million subscribers worldwide over the third quarter of 2018.
The streaming platform has provided significant competition to MultiChoice in South Africa specifically, offering locals affordable access to popular content.
