DStv free open content weekend

MultiChoice is unlocking a range of channels for its subscribers from 19-22 July as part of an experimental “open content weekend”.

MultiChoice explained that its DStv experiential weekend is aimed at exposing customers in lower tier packages to selected channels available on DStv Premium.

“The objective of the Open Content Weekend is to drive upgrades to DStv Premium,” MultiChoice said in a forum post.

The channels will be opened for active DStv customers in those packages to view from Friday, 19 July at 4pm until Monday, 22 July at 6am.
