Nashua Mobile has informed subscribers that their accounts will be moved to Altech Autopage Cellular (Cell C users), MTN, and Vodacom with effect from 4 November 2014 or soon thereafter.

The sale of Nashua Mobile’s Cell C subscribers to Altech Autopage Cellular, its MTN subscriber base to MTN, and its Vodacom subscriber base to Vodacom, has now been approved by the competition authorities.

Nashua Mobile said in its correspondence to subscribers that with effect from 4 November 2014, or the date on which Nashua Mobile’s subscriber bases are successfully migrated, it will transfer their subscriber agreements to the applicable purchaser.

“Nashua Mobile will send you an SMS once your subscriber agreement has been successfully transferred,” the company said.

The Nashua Mobile subscriber contracts will be honoured by Altech Autopage Cellular, MTN, and Vodacom, with the biggest change being that all helpdesk, support, and billing services will be handled by the new owners.
