CareerJunction has published its latest CareerJunction Index (CJI) report, which shows strong growth in the South African IT and telecommunications job market.
The CJI report is based on data gathered from the CareerJunction website, where around 3,000 of the country’s top recruiters advertise their positions.
According to the CareerJunction report, vacancies within the telecoms industry have steadily increased over the last running quarter. Telecoms jobs are 27% higher compared to January.
Demand also continued to increase within the IT industry since May, following a stable trend. Current vacancies are nearly 20% higher since January.
The graphs below show the trends in the volume of IT and telecoms job adverts published on the CareerJunction website over the last 12 months.
