uAfrica.com, the company behind the annual South African eCommerce Awards, has named the top 50 eCommerce websites in the country.

The South African eCommerce Awards recognises and rewards South African websites that have demonstrated excellence in their use of the Internet as a platform for commerce.

In 2015, more than 200 websites entered the South African eCommerce Awards, which is now in its 10th year.

“It is interesting to see the variety of eCommerce websites entering the awards this year,” said Andy Higgins, uAfrica.com MD.

“We continue to see some of the more expected websites in the mix, but it is encouraging that there are also many new sites that have featured too.”
