Consulting firm Capgemini has released its annual World Wealth Report, with the 2016 edition detailing the industries expected to create the most high-net-worth individuals until 2025.
Capgemini spoke to experts about which sectors would create the most high-net-worth individuals – people worth more than $1 million excluding their primary residences – over the next nine years, with “financial services” coming out tops.
In second place was “FinTech and other technology-disruptor firms”, followed by “healthcare”.
The report also detailed which countries are expected to create these rich individuals over the same time period.
The top five countries were:
- United States
- United Kingdom
