Google is making it easier for jobseekers to find a new job by partnering with recruitment sites to better display available positions.
Google for Jobs will include a search feature which will “collect and organise millions of job postings” to make it easier for jobseekers to find.
Google has partnered with Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter for its new jobs service, the company announced at its annual developer conference.
Nick Zakrasek, a product manager for Google, said the aim of the service is to “increase the efficiency of job matching”.
In future, users will be able to search for a job in Google and will see location-relevant information on available jobs.
Users can then narrow down their job search with features like the date it was posted, and if it is part-time or full-time.
