Andre Joubert leaves MWEB Business

MWEB Business general manager Andre Joubert has left the company, and has joined Neotel. It is currently not clear what Joubert’s position at Neotel will be.

MWEB ISP CEO Derek Hershaw confirmed that Joubert resigned on Monday 19 August 2013, and that he left the company on Wednesday 21 August.

Hershaw said that they started to look for a replacement for Joubert, but that the position is currently still vacant.

Joubert has had a long relationship with MWEB, and was the GM of MWEB’s business division for the last nine years.

Before joining MWEB Joubert served as a product manager at Internet Solutions and as an account manager at Cisco.

MyBroadband was unsuccessful to reach Joubert for comment on his resignation as MWEB Business GM and his new position at Neotel.
