Samsung Galaxy S launched

Samsung has announced a new addition to its smartphone family, the Samsung Galaxy S (Model: GT-I9000).

According to Samsung the Galaxy S has been well received by retailers and operators around the world with over 100 mobile operators selecting the Galaxy S as a key smartphone market driver.

Available across Europe at launch, the Galaxy S will roll out to the rest of the world including the US later this year. It will be available in South Africa mid to end July.
