MTN starts Twitter fight in response to complaint about bad service
A tweet by MTN South Africa featuring a child rolling their eyes in response to a complaint has got users angry.
“Well I’m glad to say that @MTNza services and support are Just as shit as it was when I was with Autopage. Outstanding!!” tweeted Nick v d H initially.
MTN SA responded by tweeting a GIF of a young girl rolling her eyes, which resulted in several complaints from customers.
Cell C also got involved in the action, offering to buy Nick v d H out of his contract if he had one.
