Vodacom CFO resigns

Vodacom Group CEO, Alan Knott-Craig, today said “It is with great regret that I have to announce that our Chief Financial Officer, Mr Leon Crouse, will be resigning with effect from 31 March 2008.”

Coruse joined Vodacom in 1993 as a founder member of the management team that started up and launched Vodacom in 1994.

“Mr Crouse has been an integral part of our success and will be sorely missed, not only as a world class CFO, but as a confidante and a friend. Mr Crouse has decided to make a career change and will join Remgro Limited on 1 April 2008. We will announce his successor in due course,” Knott-Craig concluded.
