Mega Continuity – full server cabinet on 100Mbps for R10,000
XDSL is offering new and existing enterprise customers a hosting service it calls “Mega Continuity”.
Priced at R10,000 per month, it includes a full cabinet in a data centre in Centurion with access to 100 Megabits per second fibre and a Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) between the cabinet and the customer’s premises.
The VLAN connection will have zero Internet cost, as current Internet services will be extended into the Mega Continuity cabinet.
“Mega Continuity is ideal for Disaster Recovery as the solution costs almost a third of comparative offerings in the local market,” said XDSL.
XDSL launched its 800 square metre Centurion data centre in 2013, which offers carrier-neutral co-location services along with hosted services targeted at corporates and resellers.
XDSL said the service is available in most parts of the greater Johannesburg, Midrand and Pretoria area.
