Crowdfunding platform Indiegogo has unveiled its new ICO platform, which allows companies to raise funds by issuing tokens on a blockchain.
Companies can conduct their token sales through a registered broker dealer and funding portal by launching their ICO through Indiegogo.
The platform will also aid clients in complying with regulation and will help companies register their tokens as securities – if applicable.
Startups’ whitepapers will be audited by law firms and other entities who have partnered with Indeigogo.
The platform will accept Ether or Bitcoin for ICO crowdunding.
