We want to bring Google Nexus products to South Africa: Google SA director
Google would love to bring more products to South Africa, including its range of smartphones and tablets. This is according to Google South Africa country director Luke McKend.
South Africans currently have to resort to direct imports, or use platforms like the Orange store or Cellucity, to get their hands on Nexus smartphones or tablets.
Speaking on Radio 702’s The Money Show with Bruce Whitfield, McKend said he has a long wishlist of products for South Africa.
“We would love to bring more products to South Africa. I have a long list which I have been speaking about with my colleagues internationally,” said McKend.
