Samsung now offers in-home repairs for South African customers

Samsung now offers a door-to-door repair service for its appliances and electronics.

Customers with a technical problem may request a Samsung service van for a quick repair of their product.

The service vans are equipped with all the necessary equipment to solve common problems, and customers can expect a van to arrive the day after their issue is reported.

Samsung’s door-to-door repair service has rolled out in Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town, and will be extended to other major centres in the future.

To book a repair, customers must call the Samsung support centre and will be guided through a troubleshooting process before a technician is dispatched.

“We want to ensure that all our clients receive the care they need and expect of us,” said Samsung South Africa.
