FNB offers Google Nexus 7 3G
FNB started to offer new and existing qualifying FNB personal cheque account clients the Asus Google Nexus 7 3G and Wi-Fi tablet at R169 per month.
The latest offer forms part of FNB’s smartphone and tablet offer which enables clients to pay off the latest smartphones and tablets over 24-months.
FNB has distributed more than 140,000 devices since it started to offer smart devices in October 2011.
“Digital Banking via the latest devices is a critical strategy at FNB. We are driving down banking costs via our digital channels and we are offering the very latest technology to our customers,” said Kartik Mistry, head of smart devices at FNB core banking solutions.
Farren Roper, head of FNB Connect ISP and business operations said that the Nexus 7 offer together with their FNB banking app and free data is part of a unique offer from FNB.
“The FNB Banking App was developed in house and the data is also provided by our own internal ISP. We are creating a vibrant ecosystem, aimed at adding value to clients,” said Roper.
