YouTube Gaming live streaming on Android coming soon
YouTube Gaming will soon let you stream mobile gaming sessions straight from your Android device, Google has announced.
According to reports, the announcement is partly in response to the popularity of mobile gaming in Japan.
Along with the ability to live stream your smartphone’s screen, Google will also release a Japanese version of the YouTube Gaming app.
YouTube Gaming launched on 26 August, creating a portal for live video gaming content and simplifying live streaming for video creators.
The service competes with Twitch.tv, the streaming service Google tried to acquire last year, but lost to Amazon.
