The venue is designed for eSports live events, and includes facilities for professional gamers and a Blizzard store.

The arena has multiple sounds stages, control rooms, and player lounges, allowing multiple broadcasts and events to be run simultaneously.

Blizzard will host a grand opening event at the arena from 7-8 October, featuring the Overwatch Contenders Playoffs tournament.
