Upcoming Assassin’s Creed is set in Ancient Greece

Ubisoft has posted a teaser for its upcoming Assassin’s Creed game, revealing that it will be set in Ancient Greece.

The game is titled Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey and will be officially unveiled at E3 2018.

The five-second teaser shows a Greek warrior kicking an enemy off a cliff, reminiscent of the iconic scene in the film 300.

Speaking to Kotaku, sources who had reportedly played the game said players will be able to choose between a male and female protagonist, and that the game will have dialogue options.

The sources also said that Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey would be released before 31 March 2019.
