E-tolls going ahead: court
The High Court in Pretoria on Thursday dismissed an application to have the Gauteng e-tolling project scrapped.
“In my view the application cannot succeed,” Judge Louis Vorster ruled.
He said the crux of the Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance’s application, that there had not been an efficient public participation process, was flawed.
