New Mail & Guardian Android App launched
The weekly newspaper, Mail & Guardian has launched a new Android tablet App which delivers the publication to Android tablet users.
“Like our existing iPad edition, the Android edition is our full weekly ‘slow news’ edition beautifully repackaged for this exciting new platform,” said the Mail & Guardian’s Chief Technology Officer, Alistair Fairweather.
The new Mail & Guardian tablet edition uses the standard Mail & Guardian newspaper content, and augments it with interactivity and multimedia.
“To give our readers a taste of what we will be offering each week, our first two editions will be free,” said Fairweather.
