E-toll shock waiting for motorists: report

All major roads in Gauteng may be tolled if the legal battle of the Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance (Outa) is unsuccessful. This is according to a Saturday Star report.
According to the Saturday Star Gauteng’s 25 year integrated transport master plan shows that the “user-pay principal” is set to be implemented for all major road projects.
The only thing standing between this master plan and its implementation is Outa’s court case, the report said.
The Gauteng 25 year integrated transport master plan report is due to be released in July, the Saturday Star reported.
