SanDisk has unveiled a new range of portable SSDs at Computex 2015, which it is calling the SanDisk Extreme 900.

The SSD range comes in three sizes – 480GB, 960GB, and 1.92TB – and comes with both Type-A and Type-C USB cables.

USB 3.1 support is included, along with a maximum performance rating of 850MBps, while the drives are housed in an aluminium casing.

This size and speed come with a price, though:

  • 480 GB – $400
  • 960 GB – $600
  • 1.92 TB – $1,000

SanDisk also showed off its Extreme 500 Portable SSD range, which is available in 120GB ($100), 240GB ($150), and 480GB ($240) variances – all of which support USB 3.0.
