Nvidia unveils its fastest-ever graphics card

Nvidia has unveiled its fastest graphics card to date, the Quadro P6000.

The card features 3,840 CUDA Cores, 24GB of GDDR5X memory, and 12 teraflops of performance. Nvidia also revealed a Quadro P5000 card, which packs less-impressive hardware.

The company said the new Quadro cards will bring “a whole new level of performance and capabilities” to power visual computing on the desktop, in VR, or on-the-go.

Both cards are due to launch in October, with pricing yet to be announced.
