The iPad Pro is what a computer should be: Apple

Apple has released a new advertisement for its iPad Pro, punting the tablet as a modern replacement for a computer.

The top-of-the-line iPad Pro features a 12.9-inch touch display and is powered by Apple’s A9X processor with 64-bit “desktop-class architecture”.

The Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard are also compatible with the device, allowing users to perform an array of tasks on the iPad Pro.

The 128GB model sells for R20,899 in South Africa, and for that price, many users will expect a laptop replacement.

As reported by The Verge, Apple’s latest advert positions the iPad Pro as a computer – which has stirred the discussion around whether an iPad can replace a PC.
