Vox Telecom and Grandstream Networks cut PBX costs

Vox Telecom and Grandstream Networks have partnered to bring the functionality of enterprise PBX solutions to small businesses at a fraction of the normal cost.

“While many vendors and small businesses make a case for a hosted PBX solution, there are compelling reasons to evaluate onsite PBX,” said Vox Telecom’s Craig Freer.

These reasons include reliability concerns with last-mile hosted systems and cost as customers demand better connectivity and uptime.

Because Grandstream’s PBXs run on an open-licensed system, there are zero user, feature, and upgrade fees, delivering cost-effective scalability to meet business needs.

To make the solution more compelling, Vox Telecom is offering rental options for small businesses that do not have the capital to purchase the equipment outright.

“We are always looking for solutions and partnerships that will best meet the needs of our customers, and Grandstream undoubtedly delivers a cost effective, award winning and reputable solution for small businesses,” said Freer.
